• Why are the prices here different than at cons?

  Convention prices are for helping make sure that all products are cost-effective to give everyone a wonderful con experience! And are to be looked at as flash sales or store sales to offer customers a better chance to bundle!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  **Processing orders can take 1-2 weeks depending on convention schedule**

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What If my order includes a pre-order item? When will it ship out?

  If your purchase includes one of my pre-order items, it will be shipped out once all pieces of your order have arrived.
  These items will be delivered to you first BEFORE they have been cataloged for the store page so you will never need to worry about your pre-order item being sold or forgotten about.

  Shipments that take longer than planned will include freebie items as a thank you for your patience. And not to be alarmed that you may have received a different order.

• What happens if an item I ordered/want to order is out of stock?

  Most items will be restocked later! Unless the item is marked as a 'last chance' item, they will reappear in the store after restocking has arrived!

  IN THE RARE EVENT-If you happen to order something at the same time as con and both sources sell out- You will be notified and be put ahead on first come-first serve preorder list. Meaning not only will you receive the the preorder bonuses but you will also get one of the other freebie items as well.

• Does your online store accept your rewards cards?

  YES WE DO!!
  If you have received my rewards card via a con- simply mention during checkout in the notes of your order that you have a card already so I can send you just the rewards card sticker!

  If you have a filled card and would like to use it online we are still setting up that system- for the time being claiming such rewards might only be available in person as of now!

• What are the freebie items?

  In all of my orders I will include a Postcard and a copy of my latest business card.
  Orders of $30 or more will include a mystery button.
  Pre-order items will always include a mystery button

• If I wanted to commission the artist for my own original item such as a Charm/keychain, Print, or Button, how would I go about that?

  If you have the desire to commission me for me for your own personal item such as a charm, print, or button. Contact me via my twitter or Instagram, there we can discuss prices.

  Charm/Keychain commissions will take longer as they will need to be sent out to my manufacture during my restock orders. They may take a few months to arrive, do keep this in mind when you are making the order.

• Hey you mentioned [X] merch at a con- when would that be available for preorders?

  Any item that I'm currently designing goes through a few different stages in the designing process, before I send the item off to be made by a manu of my choosing. Usually I only order a small test batch to see how they'll sell.

  These are orders usually about 10-30 only with one being sacrificed to be our display

  VERY RARELY there is a anything to cause there to be a need for bigger orders.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
